Unsalted Butter – 250g

Fresh, creamy and simple – just cream.

Our unsalted butter is handmade in small batches from fresh double cream, churned, washed and kneaded by hand, then wrapped in parchment. Nothing else added – perfect for baking and cooking, where you control the salt.

How to enjoy it: in cakes, pastry and biscuits, on warm sourdough, or melted over vegetables.

Size: 250g, parchment wrapped.

Storage: Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C. Best before the date on the pack (7 days from making). Suitable for freezing – freeze before the best before date and use within 3 months; defrost in the fridge.
