Fresh classic basil pesto, handmade in small batches with extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts and Parmigiano Reggiano. Fresh, not pasteurised. Made to order.
Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, basil (30%), pine nuts, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (milk, salt, animal rennet), lemon juice, garlic, sea salt.
Allergens: see ingredients in bold. Made in a kitchen that also handles peanuts, other nuts and sesame. Not suitable for vegetarians.
Storage: Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C. Use by 5 days from making. Once opened, use within 2 days. Suitable for freezing for up to 3 months.
