Beef Bone Broth – 500ml
Handmade in small batches by Polina – nutritionist and natural chef.
Deep, dark and full of flavour – our longest cook.
We roast beef bones from Daylesford until deep brown, then slow-simmer them for 18 hours with fresh vegetables, garlic, thyme and bay. The long, gentle cook gives a rich, savoury broth with real body. When chilled, it sets firm – the sign of a proper bone broth.
How to enjoy it: sip it warm from a mug, use it as the base for stews, gravies, ramen and French onion soup, or add a splash to braised vegetables.
Size: 500ml jar, sold chilled.
Ingredients: Water, beef bones, onion, carrot, leek, celery, garlic, tomato purée, apple cider vinegar, thyme, sea salt, bay leaf, black pepper.
Allergens: see ingredients in bold.
