Golden, nutty and slow-cooked in small batches.

We gently simmer our handmade butter until the water cooks off and the milk solids turn golden, then strain it into jars. The result is a rich, nutty ghee that's great for high-heat cooking, roasting vegetables, curries, eggs, or stirring into rice and grains.

Size: 250g jar.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Best before the date on the jar (3 months from making). Always use a clean, dry spoon. Keep in the fridge for longer freshness.
