Smooth, creamy artisan tahini made the FitFam way using carefully selected organic ingredients.
Our organic white sesame seeds are soaked for 4–6 hours in lightly salted water, following traditional natural chef preparation methods. This gentle soaking helps reduce naturally occurring anti-nutrients and supports easier digestion.
The sesame seeds are then slow-roasted at low temperature to preserve their natural oils, nutrients, and delicate nutty flavour, before being blended with organic coconut oil and a pinch of sea salt into a rich, velvety cream.
Crafted in small batches using an artisan process, natural variations in texture and colour may occur — a true sign of minimally processed, real food.
