FITFAM Hazelnut Butter

Our organic hazelnuts are soaked for 8 hours in lightly salted water, following traditional Natural Chef preparation methods.

This careful soaking process helps reduce naturally occurring anti-nutrients and supports easier digestion. The hazelnuts are then gently roasted at low temperature to preserve their natural oils, nutrients, and deep, naturally rich flavour before being slowly blended into our signature hazelnut butter.

Crafted in small batches using an artisan process, natural variations in texture and colour may occur — a sign of real food made with care, not factory uniformity.
